  8. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala. Do not over burn.
  9. You can add all the dry ingredients into the pure and then transfer it to oil, cover it with lid and cook for 3 min stir occasionally..
  10. Now add water as per you need and cook covered until the gravy thickens and traces of oil are seen..
  11. Now add kasuri methi and check salt and spice..
  12. Lower the flame, pour cream and mix well..
  13. Add koftas Just before serving otherwise they will not remain crispy.
